At Rose St Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the outside.

  Ship the Item

  Send your package back to our warehouse using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
